Senior Project Manager


Mat is our Senior Project Manager, shepherding both our team and our homeowners with the love of Jesus. He coordinates weekly schedules, leads and assigns site visits, and manages his own projects—all while keeping the team organized, cared for, and encouraged. His leadership has been a cornerstone in the growth and success of our construction division, and we are strengthened by the way he models true servant leadership.

Project Manager & Apprentice Plumber


Josh is one of our Project Managers and is currently pursuing his Plumbing license. Many of the homeowners we serve are facing heavy challenges, and Josh never hesitates to step into the trenches with them, proclaiming the Lord’s redemptive nature. He loves fiercely and leads with compassion and purpose. Quick to offer a helping hand or a word of encouragement, Josh continually blesses both our team and the homeowners we serve.

Electrical Division Head

Chad leads our Electrical Division with over 23 years of experience as a licensed electrician and former business owner. A strong leader with a pastor’s heart, he mentors his team with wisdom, encourages colleagues, and helps people step boldly into their God-given callings. His passion for wiring is matched only by his desire to reflect Christ in every detail of the work. Outside of the job, Chad is a devoted husband to Ashley and proud dad to Beau, Ansleigh, and Briggs.

Lead Electrician

Eli is a gifted electrician whose joy and creativity light up every worksite—literally and figuratively. Known for his enthusiasm and positive spirit, he approaches each task with excellence and encouragement and leads with quiet confidence. Outdoorsy at heart, he loves to hunt whenever he’s not wiring a panel. Eli is steady, servant-hearted, and the kind of teammate who goes above and beyond to love people well.

Lead Electrician

Lucas is resourceful, diligent, and unwavering in his commitment to serve with excellence. With strong electrical skill and quiet confidence, he brings wisdom and steady strength to every project. Quiet by nature, he’s passionate about his craft and unafraid to stand up for his faith and what’s right. A snowboarder with a heart of gold and a soft spot for his Golden Retriever, Lucas is a teammate everyone loves to work with.

Lead Electrician

Noah is a licensed electrician with experience in both residential and commercial work, along with a background in general construction. Thoughtful, thorough, and always on time, he brings both deep technical skill and a joy-filled personality to the field. A steady presence who carries enthusiasm into every task, Noah uses his craft to glorify God and serve people with excellence. When he’s off the clock, you’ll likely find him snowboarding or fishing—still living with that same cheerful, ready-to-roll attitude.

Project Manager

Tate is an exceptional Project Manager and natural leader with broad expertise across electrical work, home renovations, and multiple trades. He’s known for thinking through every detail—often before the rest of us even realized there were details. His love for the Lord fuels both his work ethic and his heart for discipleship as he invests intentionally in the next generation. Thoughtful, precise, and incredibly steady, Tate ensures that every project reflects excellence from start to finish.

Electrician & Field Assistant

Weston is our Electrician and Field Assistant, learning multiple trades with a growing focus in electrical work. Extremely quick to learn and dependable in every task, he brings a calm, joyful presence to the jobsite. Quiet by nature, he’s also notorious for dropping a single unexpected one-liner that sends the whole crew into laughter. Whether he’s rock climbing, snowboarding, or tackling a new skill in the field, Weston approaches everything with humility, focus, and excellence.

Excavation & Field Assistant

Jackson serves as our Excavation and Field Assistant, learning multiple trades with an emphasis on heavy equipment. Outgoing and funny—he’s never met a stranger—Jackson connects easily with people and carries an authentic faith that shows up in the field. A former magician and bull rider (yes, really), he brings a mix of confidence, grit, and good-natured humor to the team. He’s quick to laugh at himself, leads worship at The Rock, and occasionally proves his competitive streak in a friendly sack race.

Estimator & Field Assistant

Jaxon serves as our Estimator and Field Assistant, combining sharp analytical skill with a genuine heart for people. He pulls together detailed, accurate estimates that keep projects running smoothly while also shaping an atmosphere where Jesus is King and excellence is the standard. With a strong gift of exhortation, Jaxon consistently calls out the gold in those around him and lifts the team with encouragement. Thoughtful, driven, and a natural leader, he brings both precision and joy to every site he steps onto.

Crew Chief

Tyler is a highly skilled carpenter with several years of hands-on experience in residential construction and project leadership. He oversees job sites from start to finish, ensuring every project is completed with excellence, integrity, and attention to detail. Beyond the build, he is deeply invested in the people on his crew. With a background in coaching, he brings a steady, encouraging leadership style, mentoring crew members and intentionally teaching both practical trade skills and life principles.

Crew Member

Zane brings a heart for service and a passion for building both people and places for God’s Kingdom. He holds a degree in Environmental Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University and has hands-on experience through local construction work, disaster relief, and service with Christian nonprofits. He has also participated in mission trips to Bolivia and Uganda and served at ECHO Global Farm, where he learned to integrate faith with practical work. Known for his strong work ethic and teachable spirit, Zane is eager to grow in the trades while serving on a team united by faith and purpose.

Crew Member

Grayson brings hands-on experience in roofing along with a deep commitment to cultivating a Kingdom-centered culture on the job site. His heart for Jesus and genuine care for those around him are evident in both his work ethic and leadership. He leads by example, encouraging excellence, unity, and integrity in every project. Passionate about discipleship and teamwork, Grayson is intentional about building up those around him while helping create environments where faith and craftsmanship go hand in hand.

Administrative & HR Director


Kelly is our Administrative & HR Director—better known as the glue that holds us together. With as many as 30 active housing projects at a time, she has created systems that keep our work both organized and efficient. Kelly is often the first point of contact for homeowners and the one welcoming new staff members onto our team. She greets each person with warmth, encouragement, and prayer. She also leads our volunteer program, coordinating schedules and casting vision so that every group not only serves well but also connects with our mission and the homeowners whose lives they’re impacting. We are deeply grateful for her gifts of organization, encouragement, and intercession.

Finance & Accounting Manager


Hunter is our rockstar Accountant, faithfully keeping our ministry running. He stepped into half-completed spreadsheets and overwhelming question marks and quickly brought order to our chaos and method to our mayhem. While much of his work happens behind the scenes, he plays a vital role in ensuring we steward every resource entrusted to us with integrity. His quick wit, spiritual depth, and love for spreadsheets are staples on our team—and as a local pastor, he shares our mission to see our community discipled and equipped to demonstrate the Gospel of the Kingdom.

Church & Outreach Manager

Abi serves as the vital link between our ministry and the wider community, helping churches, volunteers, and partners step into Kingdom work together. She develops and nurtures relationships with local congregations, equips groups to serve on projects, connects needs with willing hands, and organizes outreach efforts that invite people to use their gifts in meaningful ways. Abi also helps share the stories of what God is doing—celebrating answered prayers, transformed lives, and the beauty of the Body of Christ at work. With a heart for hospitality and a passion for connection, she makes every person feel seen, valued, and part of something bigger than themselves.

Finance Administrator

Caroline plays a vital role in supporting the Kingdom work of restoration through faithful financial oversight within our business operations. She helps ensure that every project and partnership is managed with integrity, excellence, and transparency—so our construction efforts remain both financially sound and mission-aligned. Her diligence and care enable Kingdom Overflow to serve homeowners and ministry recipients honestly and effectively, demonstrating that business done God’s way advances His Kingdom.

Legal, Compliance, & HR Advisor

Cak provides wisdom and guidance in the areas of legal, compliance, and human resources, helping us operate with integrity and excellence. She retired as a Police Major after 28 years of distinguished law enforcement service, where she honed her skills in leadership, accountability, and care for people. She is also an ordained minister, a credentialed chaplain, and an excellent Bible teacher. Cak ensures that our policies and practices reflect both faithfulness to God and respect for the law, while supporting our staff in healthy and sustainable ways. Her steady counsel gives us confidence as we grow, and her servant-hearted approach reminds us that behind-the-scenes roles are vital to Kingdom impact.

President & CEO

Matt and Jordan co-founded Kingdom Overflow in 2020, and Matt currently serves as our President and CEO. His heart is to empower all believers to walk in the love of Christ and the power of Holy Spirit. In 2022, while seeking the Lord on how to best serve our community, Matt was led to pursue his Unlimited General Contractor’s License for both residential and commercial building as a way to meet tangible needs in the community while also equipping disciples to demonstrate the Gospel of the Kingdom.

COO & Discipleship Director

After co-founding Kingdom Overflow with Matt in 2020, Jordan now serves as our COO and Discipleship Director. She is passionate about seeing people live in the fullness of freedom that Christ offers, breaking strongholds and spiritual barriers through discipleship. Jordan also enjoys teaching at women’s events, writing books and curriculums, and leading Bible studies that call believers into deeper relationship with Jesus.
